NCATS' Biomedical Data Translator - Connecting the Dots
The Biomedical Data Translator has been designed as a way for researchers to access huge swaths of the biomedical research data that is available to them, connected together into huge knowledge graphs, and allow them to generate new hypotheses for testing. The system has been built by a consortium of researchers from around the world, and has resulted in new standards for connecting and sharing knowledge graphs in the biomedical research space. Our September 2023 release of the alpha version of Translator marks the beginning of immense improvements to performance and query coverage for the system.
